Today is the last day of principal photography for All Is Merry & Bright, and we’ve slowly been saying goodbye to new friends who have to peel off to other projects and opportunities. It’s hard to believe we’ve been together for only four weeks or so, and yet there is definitely a sense of family and closeness that has developed between everyone.
We’ve had to bid a bittersweet “see ya later” to a number of our actors, including this guy – Eric Close (Nashville, Without A Trace, American Sniper), who has become a brother-in-arms, a good friend, and a hiking buddy over the last several weeks.

One of the fun aspects of making a feature film is meeting some of the great young actors coming up through the ranks. Here’s one of them: the talented Gracie Bryant, who played the role of “Melody” in our film!
